1) Does the game have user accounts?
No. The game does not provide or require a Garv/"Ramayana" account. Your gameplay progress may be stored locally on your device and/or synced via Apple services you enable (e.g., iCloud backup, Game Center). Payment information is handled by Apple; we do not receive your full payment details.
2) How to request deletion or data actions
If you would like us to delete support correspondence or other information we may hold (outside of your device), please email us:
Include in your email (as applicable):
- Your request type: Deletion, Access, Correction, or General inquiry.
- Any details that help us locate records, such as the email address you used to contact support previously.
- If you used Apple Game Center with the game, you may optionally include your Game Center display name and region to help us verify gameplay-related logs (we typically do not store this, but it may appear in diagnostics).
- Country/region (for regional rights handling).
Note: We do not control or delete data held by Apple (e.g., purchase history, iCloud backups, Game Center). To manage those, use iOS Settings or contact Apple Support.
3) Verification & response time
For your security, we may ask you to verify your identity (for example, by replying from the same email address used in prior support messages). We aim to respond to requests within 30 days, or as required by local law.
4) What will be deleted?
Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize information we control and that is reasonably retrievable, such as prior support emails and related internal logs. We cannot delete data stored only on your device or controlled by Apple/platform providers.
Local data on your device: You can remove local game data by deleting the app from your device. If your progress is synced via Apple services, you may also need to manage iCloud or Game Center settings.
5) Legal exceptions
We may retain certain information as required by law, to detect/prevent fraud or abuse, or to defend our legal rights. Where retention is required, access to retained information is limited.
6) Children’s requests
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us information, please contact [email protected]. We will promptly review and delete such information where appropriate.
7) Changes to this page
We may update this page to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable laws. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
